SERVICE LEVELS
LET ONLY
This is our Letting Only service. We will market the property on your behalf and carry out accompanied viewings. Once a tenant has made an application we will obtain all necessary references and prepare all legal lease documentation. After moving the tenants into the property all on going management and maintenance is reported to and carried out by the landlord.
LET & COLLECT
This is our "Let Only" service with the addition of rent collection and accounting to landlords as part of the service. All on going management and maintenance is reported to and carried out by the landlords.
FULL MANAGEMENT
This is our full management service including rent collection and accounting, property visits and repairs/queries from tenants. All aspects of administration and contact with the tenant is through us.
